110 - Yearning

Don’t you feel it? The yearning?

At noon, when I was out to lunch, I had the Sigma 10-20 mounted and made some not too bad shots, but not good enough either. Thus, when I went home in the evening, I switched back to the Nikon 50/1.8 and simply let go.

It never fails to amaze me what you can find on the streets, and I always find new and interesting views, regardless of how often I’ve trodden the way. Here is the view into a shop in Neubaugasse. They sell stones, all sorts of colored stones. Some in form of jewelry, some not.

The story of the day is about Google and all the reasons why I am too stupid for the stock market. I simply don’t get it. Do you?

It's as if each lens presents us with a differnetly rich menu of its faults... Faults as strengths. The aspherical abberations which dance at the limits of this depth of field are behond charming. The bars, like your grid in yesterday's posting, are imprisoning us from joinging into the frolicking gaeity of some unknown whimsy... There are smiles on the other side of these bars, but we can only imagine them.
And again, i wonder at the way your eye is developing. The exercise has you growing like an Olympian on hormones.
Thanks for sharing,
