3744 - The Organic Emerging From The Liquid

I love reflections. I think every once in a while it makes sense to sit down at a shore and take some images of them. They always look different. The only thing is, you need something to be reflected. A harbor at the sea is an endless source.

It will take us some more time to finally arrive at PEN-F images. In reality I've been using it for a few months now. It has a noticeably smaller viewfinder and I don't ever use that pretty wheel at the front. That's OK though. I think I can clearly say that it is my most favorite camera so far. It's small, it's beautiful (as an object), it makes fine images and I love that exposure correction wheel. That gives me the back wheel for ISO control, which makes for a completely different shooting style. If I have a complaint at all, then it is, that Olympus has designed this for the PEN-F only. Switching between PEN-F and E-M1 is not as easy as it used to be between different Olympus models. Other than that, or if you just look for a single camera, the PEN-F is simply gorgeous.

I'm contemplating up grading from E-M1 to the MkII but balking at the price. Curious as to the sensor upgrade.

I definitely will. Ideally they'd have a kit with the 12-100/4.0 (I'd love it for the crazy stabilization!), but as it seems, the only kit is with the 12-40/2.8. Guess I'll just have to buy them separately 🙂
