This is a big church. Utrawide-material, and still you have trouble getting straight lines.

An impressive ceiling as well. Imagine being the painter. We know what it cost Michelangelo to paint the Sixtina’s frescos. Sure, this is not Michelangelo and not the Sixtina, but it was still years of a painter’s life.

Pöllau is the small town at the foot of mountain Pöllauberg. It features a quite impressive church itself. It would have been a shame to miss it.
