No idea where this originated, but you see those colored deco bikes a lot. We have a lavender one in front of a lavender shop in Villach :)

Sneaky… The way you’ve used spot color, that’s not really spot color… to once again turn a bike into a meaning that goes way beyond a traveling apparatus. Did you ever do that book on bikes that we’ve discussed over the years? You eke such a greater meaning from the things in a way that suggests that they are sort of intimate objects. Intimate to their owners… friendly, trusty, tools that fill up with the memories of places visited and the muscle emotions of their riders.
And here, this one’s also a decorative accessory to a place out of time. What an intriguing still life.
